Terminati gli studi classici (votazione 58/60), consegue la laurea in giurisprudenza, presso la LUISS GUIDO CARLI di Roma, nell’indirizzo giuridico amministrativo, con votazione 110/110 e lode.

Si iscrive nel registro dei praticanti avvocati ed in quello dei praticanti notai. Svolge il tirocinio forense, mentre, esaurita la pratica notarile, continua a collaborare presso il proprio Notaio – mentore, sino al superamento dell’esame di abilitazione professionale come avvocato.

Frequenta il corso biennale per la preparazione al concorso notarile tenuto in Napoli dal dr. Guido Capozzi.

Consegue l’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione di avvocato, riportando la votazione di 141/150 nel complesso delle prove scritte e di 290/300 nel complesso delle prove orali.

Esercita, per diversi anni, la propria attività di avvocato all’interno di un primario Studio Legale in Roma, specializzato in diritto civile.

Nel gennaio 2004 viene costituito l’omonimo Studio legale.

Lo Studio è specializzato nella verifica delle anomalie bancarie e finanziarie, fornendo supporto tecnico e legale al fine di ripristinare la correttezza nei rapporti tra il sistema finanziario/bancario ed imprese e famiglie, laddove si siano manifestate asimmetrie informative, usura bancaria e/o vessazioni nei confronti delle aziende e dei privati.
